摘    要:目的]筛选高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)茶树种质资源。方法]以国家种质勐海茶树资源圃中的96个资源为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中的EGCG含量,用水浸出物、茶多酚、游离氨基酸和咖啡碱含量4个生化指标对高EGCG茶树品种品质进行综合评价。结果]96个茶树资源EGCG含量变幅为1.39%~11.77%,平均含量6.18%,高EGCG含量(≥10.00%)的特异茶树资源有5份,即广西横县小叶种、格8号、水仙黄大叶茶、宝红茶和大坪大叶茶。结论]通过品质分析初步筛选出广西横县小叶种、格8号、水仙黄大叶茶、宝红茶和大坪大叶茶5个高EGCG且品质优良的茶树资源。

Screening Specific Tea Germplasms with High Epigallocatechin Gallate Content

Abstract:Objective]Tea germplasms with high EGCG content and excellent quality were obtained preliminarily.Method] By using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) contents of 96 tea germplasms from the China National Germplasm Tea Repositories(CNGTR) at the Tea Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences(TRIYAAS) were measured.Result]Synthetic quality evaluation of five tea germplasms with high epigallocatechin gallate content was carried out with four biochemical characteristics,including caffeine content,free amino acid content,tea polyphenol content and water extract content.The results showed that the content of EGCG ranged from 1.39% to 11.77%,with an average of 6.18%.Besides,five tea germplasms with high EGCG content(≥10%) were selected.Conclusion]Based on the quality analysis of five germplasms,five germplasms with high EGCG content and excellent quality were selected preliminarily.
