摘    要:目的]探讨花生壳制备大球盖菇菌种的可能性。方法]以菌丝生长情况及菌种生产性能为评价指标,筛选以花生壳作为主要培养料生产大球盖菇菌种的培养基。结果]综合评价各指标,筛选到1种较优培养基(花生壳90%、谷壳8%、1%的蔗糖、1%的石膏粉)。用该培养基生产菌种,其菌丝满袋时间比国内生产最为常用的培养基缩短19 d,感染率低17个百分点;萌发定植时间、菌丝出土时间、现蕾时间和产量均与国内最常用培养基相差不大。结论]花生壳可以作为制备大球盖菇菌种的优良材料。

Study on the Stropharia rugoso-annulata Spawn Cultured in Peanut Shell

Abstract:Objective]The feasibility of the production of Stropharia rugoso-annulata spawn by means of peanut shell as basic medium was experimented.Method]The indicators of growth and productive performance of Stropharia rugoso-annulata was synthetically evaluated for the selection of the peanut shell as main raw materials its medium.Result]The results indicated that the optimal medium consisting of peanut shell of 80%,hull of 16%,wheat bran of 3% and gypsum powder of 1% was the preferable medium,under which condition,the peanut-medium,the time of full bag's hyphae growth was shortened by 19 day and the infectious rate of it was reduced by 17%,respectively,compared with other media in domestic production practices.However,there were no obvious differences in the time of germination,the emergence of the hyphae and the appearance of bud and yield.Conclusion]The peanut shell could be used as good raw material in its production.
