摘    要:研究了用DNS光度法测定还原糖的影响因素。结果表明:DNS试剂的适宜用量为2.0 ml;样品及标准溶液测定时,显色液体积必须一致;沸水浴显色时间不低于2 min,显色定容30 min后于520 nm处测定有色溶液的吸光度。

Abstract:The results of determination of reducing sugar with DNS spectrophotometry showed that the proper volume of DNS sample was 2.0 ml.The solution volume of samples and standard substances must be kept the same when reacted.Colour reaction in the condition of boiling water bath was kept for at least 2 minutes.Absorbance of the coloured solution was determined at the wavelength of 520 nm for 30 minutes for the volume-making.
