煤矸石合成P型分子筛的研究

摘    要:以除铁以后的煤矸石为主要原料,经煅烧和碱熔后,再配料进行水热晶化,得到了P型分子筛。运用正交试验,获得了最优工艺条件为:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=3.3,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.3,n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=60,在60℃老化3 h、93℃晶化7 h。产物经XRD及SEM检测,为纯净的P型分子筛。

Abstract:The gangue was taken as the main material to synthesize P-type zeolite by hydrothermal crystallization after calcination and alkali melting,The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments,they were: n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=3.3,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.3,n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=60,aging at 60 ℃for 3 h and hydrothermal crystallization at 93 ℃ for 7 h.The products were detected as pure P-type zeolite by XRD and SEM test.
