| 摘 要： | 分析了新农村建设中河南省农业科技服务体系存在的主要问题,并针对以上问题提出了相应的对策,即：加大对农业科研的投入,提高农民文化素质,完善农业科技社会化服务机制,加强农业合作社,完善农业科技信息平台等。
