水分胁迫下皖麦品种种子萌发及幼苗生长差异性研究

摘    要:水分胁迫下对 16个皖麦品种进行发芽试验 ,结果表明 :发芽率、胚芽鞘长、株高、最大根长、幼苗干重、根系活力、叶片失水率等都有所下降 ,脯氨酸含量则升高 ,但品种间表现有较大差异。用灰色关联分析对品种的抗旱性进行综合评价 ,苗期抗旱性强的品种是皖麦 38、皖麦 39、皖麦 19

Abstract:The germination test of 16 Anhui wheat varieties was conducted under stress of water deficitency.The experimental results showed that the seed germination percentage,cloeoptile length,plant height,root length,dry matter weight per plant,root vitality and water loss rate of excised leaf of all varieties decreased,and while the proline content increased.There were siginficant differences among 16 varieties.The drought stress resistance of 16 wheat varieties was comprehensively evaluated by the method of grey comection analysis.Wan 38,Wan39 and Wan19 had stronger drought resistance in germination and seedling stage.
