| 摘 要： | 构建了土地利用总体规划控制下的城市用地规模弹性控制模型,并对模型中的各个指标进行界定,以土地利用总体规划中新增建设用地指标与原有建设用地之和作为刚性规模,将城市用地分为居住用地、工商业用地、交通用地、休闲游憩用地、公共服务需求用地和其他用地,按照规划期内人口的各类用地需求作为弹性规模,弹性规模与刚性规模之间的差额为弹性空间。最后以大同市为例,计算规模弹性控制下的城市用地刚性和弹性规模、弹性空间和弹性比。

| Abstract: | The flexible control model for urban land scale under the constraint of the general land use planning was established and the indexes in the model were defined.The inflexible scale includes the incremental and the original construction land.Urban land is divided into residential land,industrial and commercial land,traffic land,recreational land,public services land and other land.The flexible scale derives from the total land demands of the urban population during the given planning period.The difference is flexible space between the flexible scale and inflexible scale.Finally,the flexible and inflexible scale,flexible space and flexible ratio were calculated for Datong City. |
