摘    要:目的]明确蚯蚓粪在铁尾矿植被恢复中的作用。方法]以紫花苜蓿为材料,在铁尾矿中添加5%、10%和20%的蚯蚓粪,研究蚯蚓粪对紫花苜蓿生长的影响。结果]8 d后各处理紫花苜蓿出苗率由高到低依次为:不加肥>基肥>10%蚯蚓粪>5%蚯蚓粪>20%蚯蚓粪。25 d后各处理紫花苜蓿成活率由高到低依次为:不加肥>20%蚯蚓粪>10%蚯蚓粪>5%蚯蚓粪>基肥,30 d后10%和20%蚯蚓粪含量处理的成活率达90%以上。基肥相同条件下,紫花苜蓿的成活率与蚓粪添加量呈正比。施肥或添加蚯蚓粪可明显增加植物的株高。25 d后各处理地上部鲜重由高到低依次为:20%蚯蚓粪>10%蚯蚓粪>5%蚯蚓粪>基肥>不加肥,30 d后以10%蚯蚓粪处理最高。结论]10%蚯蚓粪最适用于铁尾矿植被恢复。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to confirm the effect of vermicompost in the vegetation restoration of iron tailings.Method] With alfalfa as material,5%,10% and 20% vermicompost were added into iron tailings to research its effect on the growth of alfalfa.Result] After 8 d,the seedling emergence rates of alfalfa in various treatments in order were no fertilizer > basic fertilizer > 10% vermicompost > 5% vermicompost > 20% vermicompost.After 25 d,the survival rates of alfalfa in various treatments in order were no fertilizer > 20% vermicompost > 10% vermicompost > 5% vermicompost > basic fertilizer.After 30 d,the survival rate in the treatments of 10% and 20% vermicompost reached over 90%.With the same basic fertilizer,the survival rate of alfalfa showed positive proportion to the addition amount of vermicompost.Fertilization or adding vermicompost could significantly increase the height of plant.After 25 d,the fresh weights of aerial part in various treatments in order were 20% vermicompost > 10% vermicompost > 5% vermicompost > basic fertilizer > no fertilizer,and that in the treatment of 10% vermicompost was highest after 30 d.Conclusion] 10% vermicompost was most suitable for the vegetation restoration of iron tailings.
