| 摘 要： | 发根农杆菌（Agmbacterium rhizogenes）的Ri质粒能够诱导植物产生毛状根。就发根农杆菌Ri质粒的发现、类型、结构、遗传转化等基本特征以及诱导植物产生毛状根的方法、鉴定技术和形成机制进行阐述;同时对诱导植物毛状根产生次生代谢物质的研究现状进行综述。

| Abstract: | The Ri plasmid of Agrobacterium rhizogenes can induce plants produce hairy roots.The basic characteristics of type,structure and genetic transformation of Agrobacterium rhizogenes and the introduced ways,identification technique and mechanism that it induces plants to come into bing hairy roots were expounded;research status of its induction of hairy root plants produce secondary metabolites were reviewed. |
