| 摘 要： | 分析了目前生态足迹方法在土地利用总体规划环评研究中存在的不足,提出了规划生态足迹环评模型改进的建议,设计了评价技术路线,得出了生态足迹模型对土地利用总体规划决策的启示,展望了新一轮规划实施期间土地利用的环境影响成效。

| Abstract: | The concepts and contents of environment impact assessment of general land use planning and EFA were introduced.The shortages in terms of the study on application of ecological footprint in the assessment of general land use planning was analyzed.Some reformative proposals on the model of the general land use planning ecological footprint were suggested.The technology roadmap of assessment was designed.Some indications to the general land use planning decision-making were indicated.The trend of the land use impacting environment during the course of new round land use planning implementing was prospected. |
