基于利益需求角度的农民专业合作社动力研究

介绍了农民专业合作社各利益主体的需求,分析了农民专业合作社的动力,其中作为合作社主体地位的普通农户的需求是合作社持久发展的内部动力源,各利益主体的利益平衡是合作社持久发展的动力保障,政府扶持是合作社发展不可或缺的外部驱力。最后提出推动农民专业合作社持久健康发展,应实行品牌化经营,提升市场竞争力,完善运行机制,同时加大政府在教育培训、农超对接、电子商务平台建设、财政金融扶持方面的力度和对核心成员的精神激励。

Research on Motivation in Development of Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Organization from Angle of Interest Demand

The demands of different interest subjects in farmers’ specialized cooperative organization were introduced,the motive of farmers’ specialized cooperative organization was analyzed.Among which,the interest of common farmer as the main body station is the internal motive,the balance of different interest subjects provide guarantee of motivation,and the government support is the essential external motive in the development of farmers’ specialized cooperative organizations.Finally,several countermeasures for promoting sustainable and healthy development of farmers’ specialized cooperative organization were put forward,which include carrying out brand strategy to improve the market competitiveness and perfect its operation mechanism,strengthening government’s support in education training,farming-supermarket docking,e-commerce platform construction,financial and monetary support and spiritual stimulation to farmers’ specialized cooperative organizations.
