| 摘 要： | 在分析河北省目前消费需求现状的基础上,用恩格尔系数和Q值法对农村居民消费水平进行了评价;然后用计量模型验证了河北省农村居民消费水平不高,不是农村居民消费倾向不足,而主要是由农村居民收入水平太低造成,并对非收入因素进行了分析;最后,提出了扩大河北省农村居民消费需求的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current consumer demand status of Hebei Province,the consumption level of rural residents are evaluated with the Engel coefficients and the Q value method.Then,the level of the consumption of rural residents is not high verified by econometric model of Hebei Province.It is not generated by inadequacy consumption propensity of rural residents but the low income of rural residents,and non-income factors are analyzed.Finally,this paper gives some countermeasures about the expansion of the rural consumer demand. |
