椰果采摘机的电液比例控制系统设计

摘    要:针对采用普通压力阀多级压力控制系统的椰果采摘机的操作复杂、自由度低、定位模糊和椰果损伤率较高等缺点,设计了一种采用电液比例控制系统的椰果采摘机。同时为了降低生产成本、便于操作,采用了计算机数字程序与电液比例调速阀进行开环控制。该机能够准确可靠地完成椰果采摘作业的各种动作,其动作稳定性好,定位准确,可达到较理想的操作效果。

Abstract:In view of the defaults of general pressure valve controlled coconut picking machine,such as complex operation,less flexible,fuzzy positioning and high damage rate of coconuts,a new picking machine with the electro-hydraulic proportional control system was designed.In order to reduce the production costs and facilitate operation,the machine was open-loop controlled with digital computer program and electro-hydraulic proportional control valve,it could successfully complete all kinds of coconut picking operations in a stable and precise way.
