摘    要:目的]为临汾设施栽培规模化、产业化发展及设施土壤的可持续利用提供理论依据。方法]针对临汾当地特征,研究设施栽培条件下土壤理化性质和微生物状况的变化规律。结果]除了土壤中速效钾含量表现为随设施栽培年限的增加而下降的趋势外,其他土壤养分含量都呈现出增加的趋势,尤其是土壤有效磷含量表现为明显的富集现象。设施栽培年限不仅影响土壤养分的含量,而且使可以表征土壤肥力大小的微生物类群出现相应的变化,且表现为与养分、含盐量变化有一定的相关性。结论]土壤中细菌种群的数量作为判断土壤中养分变化的依据之一。在设施栽培条件下,应注意钾肥的施用,以维持土壤中钾的平衡。

Influence of Greenhouse Cultivation on Nutrient Content and Microbial Community of Cinnamon Soil

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the normalization,industrialization and sustainable utilization of facility cultivation in Linfen.Method] Based on local characteristics in Linfen,soil physicochemical properties and microorganism condition under the condition of facility cultivation were studied.Result] With the increase of the cultivation years,soil nutrient except potassium and salinity changed and showed an increasing trend especially available phosphorus.With the increase of cultivation years,not only the soil nutrient changed,but also the microbial groups that could characterize soil fertility changed correspondingly.And they had some relevance.Conclusion] The number of bacterium population could be considered as one of the basis for judging the change of soil nutrients.Attention must be paid to the application of potassium so as to maitain potosium balance in the soil on installation cultivation condition.
