玉米千粒重与主要农艺性状的灰色关联分析

摘    要:目的]计算玉米(Zea mays L.)千粒重与主要农艺性状的灰色关联度,并进行排序,为玉米育种性状选择提供理论依据。方法]用灰色关联分析的方法研究了玉米杂交种的行粒数、抽丝期、株高、穗行数、穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、雄穗1级侧枝数目和穗位比率9个主要农艺性状与千粒重的关系。结果]秃尖与千粒重的灰色关联度最大,其次是雄穗1级侧枝数目,再次是穗粗,穗位比率和千粒重的灰色关联度最小。结论]玉米育种工作在保证穗行数较多、穗较长、较粗的基础上,应主攻秃尖小,雄穗1级侧枝数目多,并协调各穗粒性状。

Grey Relational Analysis between 1 000-kernel Weight and Main Agricultural Characters of Maize(Zea mays L.)

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to calculate the grey relational degree between 1 000-kernel weight and main agricultural characters of maize,and sort them,to provide a theoretic basis for characters selection when maize breeding.Method] Relation between 1 000-kernel weight and kernels per row,silking date,plant height,rows per ear,ear length,ear diameter,barren tip length,the number of the first branch of tassel,ratio of ear height etc were analyzed by grey relational analysis.Result] The results showed that the grey related degrees between barren tip length and 1 000-kernel weight was the biggest.The secondly was the number of the first branch of tassel.And then was ear diameter.The grey relational degrees between the ratio of ear height with 1 000-kernel weight was the smallest.Conclusion] In maize breeding,the main goal is smaller barren tip and more the number of the first branch of tassel,at the same time coordinating all characters of ear and kernel,based on ensuring more rows per ear,longer ear and thicker ear diameter.
