中药添加剂对海南文昌鸡血液生化指标的影响

目的]研究中药添加剂对海南文昌鸡血液生化指标的影响。方法]将180只雌性海南文昌鸡随机分为5组:第1组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2组为抗生素对照组,在基础日粮中添加600 mg/kg的金霉素;第3、4、5组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的中药添加剂。在第35、56日龄时测定海南文昌鸡的血液生化指标,分析中药添加剂对海南文昌鸡血液生化指标的影响。结果]0.1%、0.2%和0.3%中药添加剂均能显著提高海南文昌鸡的血清胆碱酯酶活性和白蛋白含量(P0.05)。0.2%和0.3%的中药添加剂能提高海南文昌鸡的血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P0.05),并降低血清胆固醇含量(P0.05)。结论]该中药添加剂对海南文昌鸡血液生化指标具有积极影响。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Additive on Serum Biochemical Indicators of Hainan Wenchang Chicken

Objective] To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine additive(TCMA) on serum biochemical indicators of Hainan Wenchang chicken.Method] A total of 180 female Wenchang chickens were randomly assigned into five groups,three replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate.The chickens in the control group were fed on basic diet,and those in the group 2 were fed on basic diet supplemented with aureomycin at a dosage of 600 mg/kg.The chickens in the groups 3,4 and 5 were fed on basic diet supplemented with TCMA at a proportion of 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3%,respectively.The feeding trial was conducted for 6 wk.Six chickens which had close body weight were selected from each group,and blood was collected to separate serum.Serum biochemical indicators were determined.Result] The groups 3,4 and 5 had significantly higher serum cholinesterase activity and content of serum albumin than the control group(P<0.05).The groups 4 and 5 had significantly higher serum alkaline phosphatase activity and significantly lower serum cholesterol than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]TCMA had positive effects on serum biochemical indicators of Hainan Wenchang chicken.
