中小型农业企业电子商务成熟度研究

提出了中小型农业企业电子商务成熟度的概念,建立了评估中小型农业企业电子商务成熟度的指标体系,该指标体系包括基础设施、交易流程、运营管理、交易安全4个一级指标,下设硬件设备、计算机网络、电子采购、物流配送、供应链管理、客户关系管理、支付安全等11个二级指标。采用层次分析法确定了各级指标的权重,构建了中小型农业企业电子商务成熟度模糊综合评价的数学模型。最后通过实例验证了层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的中小型农业企业电子商务成熟度评价方法的合理性与可靠性。

Study on Electronic Commerce Maturity of Small and Medium-sized Agricultural Enterprises

This article advances the concept of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,and establishes the indicator system of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.This indicator system includes 4 first-level indicators(infrastructure,transaction process,operation management,and transaction safety),which are divided into 11 second-level indicators(hardware equipment,computer network,e-procurement,logistics distribution,supply chain management,customer relationship management,and payment security).We use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of indicator at all levels,and establish fuzzy multifactorial evaluation mathematical model of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.Finally,through examples,we verify the rationality and reliability of evaluation method of electronic commerce maturity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy multifactorial evaluation.
