番茄中超氧化物歧化酶提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的]对番茄中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD酶)的提取工艺进行优化,旨在进一步开发植物SOD酶源。方法]以富含SOD酶的番茄为试验材料,选取浸提缓冲液的pH值、浸提时间、热处理温度、热处理时间4个因素进行正交试验设计,优化提取工艺。结果]番茄中SOD酶最佳提取工艺为缓冲液pH7.8、浸提时间2 h、热处理温度50℃、热处理时间30 min。结论]该工艺简便高效地从番茄中提纯了超氧化物歧化酶,可用于实际生产,为后续进一步纯化研究该酶奠定了基础。

Optimization of the Extraction Process of Superoxide Dismutase from Tomatoes

Abstract:0bjective] To optimize the extraction technology of superoxide dismutase from tomatoes,aiming to find SOD source from plant.Method] With the tomato rich in SOD as the test materials,the pH of extraction buffer solution,extraction time,heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time were selected for orthogonal experimental design to optimize the extraction process.Result] The optimum processingconditions for SOD of tomatoes was 7.8 of pH,2 h of extraction time,50 ℃ of heat treatment temperature and 30 min of heat treatment time.Conclusion] The technology extracted superoxide dismutase from tomatoes simply and efficiently,it could be used in practical production and laid foundation for further optimizing the extraction process.
