伊河洛阳新区段滨水景观规划探析

分析了伊河洛阳新区段的总体概况及其发展演变过程,从水体、驳岸、植被、交通可达性4个方面对伊河洛阳新区段的现状加以分析与评价。在此基础上,指出了伊河滨水景观规划在洛阳市城市总体规划中的定位,强调伊河洛阳新区段滨水景观规划应遵循生态性原则、文化性与地域性原则、公共服务性原则、可达性原则以及人本性原则。以期为伊河洛阳新区段景观规划设计工作提供参考,以此推动伊河洛阳新区段滨水景观的构建。

Waterfront Landscape Planning along the Yihe River in the New District of Luoyang City

General situation of the Yihe River in the New District of Luoyang City and its evolution history were introduced and evaluated from 4 perspectives of water,embankment,vegetation and traffic accessibility.On this basis,orientation of waterfront landscape planning of the Yihe River in the overall urban planning of Luoyang City was proposed,and it was proposed that waterfront landscape planning in the study area should follow the ecological principle,cultural and regional principle,public service principle,accessible principle and human-centered principle.It was to provide references for the landscape planning and design of the Yihe River in the new district of Luoyang City,and to promote its waterfront landscape construction.
