23个名贵菊花品种在沧州市的扦插繁殖特性研究

目的]对23个名贵菊花(Dendranthema morifolium)品种在沧州市的扦插繁殖特性进行研究,为沧州市菊花产业发展提供理论和技术支持。方法]采集5～10 cm长的菊花嫩梢进行扦插繁殖试验。扦插和移栽基质均为105℃下灭菌2 h的蛭石。常规管理。结果]黄越山、嫦娥和千秀银针的扦插成活率在80%以上,其中嫦娥的扦插成活率在89.2%;移栽成活率在90%以上,其中黄越山的移栽成活率为100.0%;扦插繁殖成活率在80%以上。结论]黄越山、嫦娥和千秀银针可作为沧州市菊花生产上优先考虑种植的品种。

Study on Cutting Propagation Characteristics of 23 Kinds of Precious Chrysanthemum( Dendranthema morifolium ) Varieties in Cangzhou City

Objective] The aim was to study the cutting propagation characteristics of 23 kinds of precious chrysanthemum varieties,to provide a theoretic and technological support for chrysanthemum industrial development in Cangzhou City.Method] 5-10 cm chrysanthemum tender tip were used as materials to carry out the cutting propagation test.And the cuttage and propagation matrix were both vermiculite sterilized 2 hours under 105 ℃.And the normal management was used during the test.Method] The cutting survival rate of Huangyueshan,Change and Qianxiuyinzhen was over 80%,thereinto that of Change was 89.2%;Their transplanting survival rate was over 90%,thereinto that of Huangyueshan was 100.0%;Their cutting propagation survival rate was over 80%.Conclusion] Huangyueshan,Change and Qianxiuyinzhen can be firstly considered to plant in chrysanthemum produce of Cangzhou City.
