磷钾肥对雪里蕻产量和品质的效应研究

目的]为雪里蕻的高产优质生产提供参考依据。方法]通过田间小区试验研究磷钾肥对雪里蕻产量和品质的效应。结果]增施磷肥使雪里蕻增产22.7%~36.5%;增施钾肥提高雪里蕻产量7.8%~22.8%。磷肥用量与雪里蕻产量表现为极显著的二次回归关系,钾肥用量与雪里蕻产量间存在极显著的直线关系。在一定范围内增施磷钾肥能降低雪里蕻硝酸盐含量,但高磷、高钾能提高雪里蕻硝酸盐含量。不同磷钾肥施用量对雪里蕻营养品质的效应影响很大。综合考虑作物产量、品质、生产成本、人体健康等因素,在该试验条件下,雪里蕻磷肥施用60 kg/hm2,钾肥施用100~150 kg/hm2。结论]确定了雪里蕻磷肥施用60 kg/hm2,钾肥施用100~150 kg/hm2的最佳施肥量。
