| 摘 要： | 以东台市安丰镇中心镇区总体规划为例,针对其资源现状和文化背景,以创建新区老城之间和谐发展、特色鲜明的城镇空间秩序为思路,通过具体的控制措施和对城镇的物质要素、非物质要素的引导塑造城镇特色。并探讨了总体规划阶段面向实施进行城镇特色塑造的目标、原则和方法。

| Abstract: | Recently more and more small towns began to search and figure urban characteristics, change and improve the images. Overall planning of central Anfeng town was taken as example. According to its resource status and cultural background, with the guidance of constructing the harmonious development of old city and new district and building the urban space with distinctive features, characteristics of small towns were created by using specific control measures and guiding the material and non-material elements of towns. The aims, principles and approaches of how to figure small town characteristics facing implementation during the overall planning stage were discussed. |
