生物菌肥在黄瓜上的施用效果研究

目的]探讨生物菌肥对黄瓜产量和品质的影响。方法]以黄瓜品种新泰密刺为试材，田间试验共设5个施肥处理，分别施用“德玺”牌生物菌肥0、150、300、450、600kg／hm^2，随机区组排列。选取生长一致的植株测定黄瓜单瓜重、单株产量以及黄瓜果实中的可溶性糖，硝酸盐，Vc和叶片的叶绿素含量等果实品质指标，研究生物菌肥对黄瓜产量和品质的影响。结果]黄瓜单瓜重及单株产量随生物菌肥施用量的增加而增加，黄瓜果实可溶性糖、Vc和叶片叶绿素含量随生物菌肥施用量的增加而升高，硝酸盐含量呈下降趋势。结论]生物菌肥能增加黄瓜产量，提高果实可溶性糖、Vc和叶片叶绿素含量，降低硝酸盐含量，其施用量以不超过450kg／hm^2为宜。

Study on the Application Effect of Bacterial Manure on Cucumber
