摘    要:目的]为了获得苎麻纤维β-葡聚糖活力测定的最佳条件,比较苎麻纤维和饲料添加剂中β-葡聚糖酶测定方法的异同点。方法]采用DNS法,对苎麻纤维中β-葡聚糖酶活性的测定条件进行比较研究。结果]测定苎麻纤维中β-葡聚糖酶活力的最佳条件为:50℃条件下反应30 min后沸水浴10 min。结论]该方法可以为苎麻纤维中β-葡聚糖酶的酶活力测定提供借鉴。

Comparative Study of Determination Condition of β-Glucan Enzyme Activity in Ramie Fibre

Abstract:Objective] In order to get the optimum condition of the determination of the activity of β-glucan enzyme in the ramie fibre,the comparative analysis was carried out to study the similarities and differences between ramie fibre and feed supplement.Method]The determination conditions of β-glucan enzyme activity in ramie fibre were analyzed using DNS method.Result]The optimum condition of the determination of β-glucan enzyme activity was reacting 30 min in water whose temperature was 50 degrees,boiling water bath for 10 min.Conclusion] This method could provide a reference for the determination of β-glucan enzyme activity in the ramie fibre.
