摘    要:目的]测定并分析比较2个不同产地的栗蘑多糖含量。方法]采用高温高压水提乙醇沉淀法分别提取迁西栗蘑和浙江栗蘑多糖,并采用紫外可见分光光度计测定其含量,经苯酚-硫酸显色反应后于波长490 nm处进行测定。结果]试验得出,迁西栗蘑多糖含量为6.54%,浙江栗蘑为3.41%。表明两地的栗蘑由于其人工栽培条件、生长环境及采摘时机等因素不同导致多糖含量具有明显的差异。结论]研究可为栗蘑内在质量评价以及规范化种植提供参考依据。

Determination of Polysaccharide Content in G.frondosa from Two Producing Areas

Abstract:Objective] To determine and compare polysaccharide content in Grifola frondosa from two producing areas.Method] High temperature and high pressure water extraction and alcohol precipitation method was adopted to extract polysaccharides in G.frondosa from Qianxi and Zhejiang,UV VIS spectrophotometer was used to determine its content,and was determined at wavelength 490 nm after phenol-sulfuric acid chromogenic reaction.Result] The polysaccharide content in Qianxi G.frondosa is 6.54%,and in Zhajiang G.frondosa is 3.41%,indicating that artificial cultivation conditions,growth environment and picking time are main factors for influencing different contents of polysaccharide.Conclusion] The study will provide reference basis for inner quality evaluation and normalization planting of G.frondosa.
