| Abstract: | The constitutional amendment will take over the land using system that will be divided into the land acquisition and land collection,but not to suitable for the application term and regulation of the procedure of the land acquisition so that it lacks the effectiveness.There were two conditions of land acquisition: one is the need of public benefit and another one is in urgent state that one was the country.In addition,two kinds of different requisition procedures should be applied under these two kinds of situations. |
