重庆市北碚区返乡农民工现状调查研究

目的]对重庆市北碚区返乡农民工生活、思想、就业等现状展开调查研究，并就返乡农民工问题提出合理的解决措施。方法]按行政区范围将北碚区划分为3个不同类型区，采用文献资料法、抽样调查法、座谈法、对比分析等方法，研究了返乡农民工状况。结果]（1）返乡后农民工生活质量明显下跌，但不同区域间存在差别；（2）返乡农民工大多希望能够得到政府的支持，提高自身技能，以便就业、创业。结论]政府加大对返乡农民工的政策扶持力度，提高返乡农民工技能水平，扶持返乡农民工创业是解决返乡农民工问题的关键。

Investigation on the Current Situations of Migrant Workers Returning Home in Beibei District of Chongqing City

Objective]The current situations of migrant workers returning home in Beibei District of Chongqing City (including their living, thinking,employment) were investigated,so as to propose some reasonable solutions about the problem of migrant workers returning home.Method]According to administrative areas,Beibei District was divided into three different types of areas.Using literature data method,sampling survey method,interview method and comparative analysis,the situations of migrant workers returning home were studied.Result]The living quality of migrant workers after returning home dropped obviously,but there was difference between different regions.Most migrant workers returning home hoped to get government support and improve their skills for employment and entrepreneurship.Conclusions]The key of solving the problem of migrant workers returning home was to increase policy support strength of migrant workers returning home,increase the skills and levels of migrant workers returning home and support the entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning home.
