| Abstract: | With the accomplishment of the dog's draft genome sequence,the study of the dog's function gene and the relativity studies with mankind urgent demand to build up the explicit type on the dog of mankind's disease mode animal. Under this kind of background,we summarized the assisted reproduction technology of dog such as the dog's oocyte maturation in vitro(IVM)?preservation of semen and artificial insemination(AI)?in vitro fertilization(IVF)?embryo transfer(ET),discussed its current progress and foreground. |
