| 摘 要： | 对检测粮食中呕吐毒素的2种免疫技术,免疫亲合柱(IAC)-HPLC)法和免疫色谱法(速测卡)进行了比较,结果表明I:AC-HPLC法的最低检测限可达到0.1 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为8.76%～9.82%,回收率87.3%～93.6%,方法灵敏、准确;免疫色谱法的最低检测限为0.5 mg/kg,操作快速、简便,适合初筛。

| Abstract: | The IAC-HPLC method and immunochromatographic assay method(rapid test card) for determination of Vomitoxin were compared.The detection limitation of IAC-HPLC can reach 0.1 mg/kg and the RSD was around 8.76 %～9.82 % and average deviation was 82.0 %～93.0 %,which was sensitivity and accuracy.The dectection limitation of immunochromatographic assay(rapid test card) can reach 0.5mg/kg and its operation was convinient,quick and good for first test. |
