高效氯氰菊酯在甘蓝上的残留动态及风险评估

摘    要:目的]研究高效氯氰菊酯在甘蓝上的残留动态和去除效果,为甘蓝的安全食用提供理论依据。方法]研究不同时间和不同处理方法对高效氯氰菊酯残留量的影响。结果]高效氯氰菊酯在甘蓝植株上的半衰期为0.98 d;在甘蓝植株中前7 d降解速度较快,随后趋于平衡,消解动态符合一级动力学方程;在国家规定的安全间隔期内采收高效氯氰菊酯单剂的残留超标,即其在施药后的第3天残留量均超过国家规定的标准(1 mg/kg),因国家规定的的安全间隔期为3 d,因此高效氯氰菊酯在秋冬季节的安全间隔期相对有所延长。存放时间越长、水温越高、洗涤剂浓度越大、洗涤浸泡时间越长,供试农药的去除率越高,基本可以保证甘蓝的放心安全使用。结论]国家应根据季节的不同安全间隔期有所区别,在安全间隔期内采收甘蓝经过各种程序处理后食用是相对安全的。

The Residue Dynamic and Risk Assessment of Beta-cypermethrin in the Cabbage

Abstract:Objective] The aim Was to study the residue dynamic and risk assessment of beta-cypermethrin in the cabbage,and provide theoretical basis for the safe of.cabbage to eat.Method] The effects of different times and different treatment methods on cypermethrin residues were studied.Result] The half-lives of beta-cypermethrin was O.98 d; The degeneration speed of pesticides tried was very fast during the first 7 days in the cabbage,afterward tended to be balanced,the resolution dynamic conformed to the first-level dynamic equation; the betacypermethrin residue exceeded the allowed figure after pre-harvest interval.The beta-cypermethrin residue exceeded national standard (1mg/kg) for the 3rd day after spraying,because pre-harvest interval of beta-cypermethrin allowed was 3 days.Pre-harvest interval of betacypermethrin had the extension relatively in the fall or winter season.Studies indicated that the storage time was longer,the water temperature to be higher,the detergent density to be bigger,the wash immersion time to be longer,for the elimination rate of pesticides tried was higher respectively,and could guarantee the safe usage of cabbage.Conclusion] The safety interval should be different in the different season,and It was relatively safe for us to eat cabbage after dealing with a variety of procedures.
