摘    要:目的]明确培养时间对小麦培养猴头菌(即小麦猴头)多糖含量的影响。方法]用小麦培养基对猴头菌进行不同时间的固体培养,用碘-二甲基亚砜去除培养物中的剩余淀粉,苯酚-硫酸法测定猴头多糖含量。结果]随着培养时间的延长,猴头多糖的含量逐渐增加,在培养35 d时达81.99 mg/g,是猴头子实体多糖含量的2.65倍。还初步建立了在样品含有植物淀粉时测定真菌多糖的简便方法。结论]小麦猴头多糖含量很高,可代替猴头子实体提取多糖或进行其他深加工。

Effects of Culture Time on the Content of Polysaccharide in Wheat Hericium erinaceus
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to confirm the effects of culture time on the content of polysaccharide in cultured Hericium erinaceus with wheat. Method] Solid culture was made on H.erinaceus with wheat culture medium for different time.The surplus starch in the media was removed with iodine-dimethylsulfoxide.The content of polysaccharide in H.erinaceus was determined by using phenol-sulfuric acid method.Result] With the prolonging of culture time,the content of polysaccharide in H.erinaceus gradually increased.And the content of polysaccharide reached 81.99 mg/g at the 35th day after culture,being 2.65 times as the content of polysaccharide in the fruiting body of H.erinaceus.The simple determination method of fungal polysaccharide was initially established for samples with plant starch.Conclusion] Wheat Hericium erinaceus contained higher content of polysaccharide and could take place of the fruiting body of H.erinaceus for polysaccharide extraction or other further process.
