牡丹江城市留鸟携带人体病原微生物分析

目的]了解牡丹江城市鸟类所携带的人体病原微生物，避免人畜共患疾病的发生。方法]采用网捕法或巢捕法在各个区内捕获样品，通过培养基培养试验和生理生化试验研究了分离自捕获样品的病原微生物。结果]从捕获的麻雀、喜鹊、大山雀、金翅雀、家燕、红尾伯劳、鸽子等鸟类中分离出了巴氏杆菌、沙门氏菌、革兰氏肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、细小病毒等病原微生物。不同鸟类所感染细菌的种类大致相同，但其不同器官感染细菌的情况不同。分别用大肠杆菌培养基、巴氏杆菌培养基和沙门氏菌培养基对分离出的病原菌进行体外培养试验，培养一段时间后，来自肠道的病原菌在3种培养基上的菌落生长最明显。结论]该研究为构建牡丹江市公共卫生安全预警体系提供了理论支持。
