| 摘 要： | 食用菌工厂化生产是食用菌产业发展的重要趋势,是食用菌生产技术进步的结晶.国外少数国家实现了部分食用菌的工厂化和自动化生产,我国的食用菌产业仍处于农户栽培模式的初级阶段,工厂化规模生产亟待加强.详细介绍了食用菌工厂化生产的特点、国内外食用菌工厂化生产的现状、存在问题、解决措施及我国食用菌工厂化的发展前景.

| Abstract: | Industrialized production pattern is an important development trend for edible fungus industry,which is featured by modern mode of agricultural production,and is an integration of advanced science and technology.Few countries could realize the industrialized production of few kinds of edible fungi,while China's edible fungus industry is still in the stage of preliminary production with farm pattern,which badly needs large-scale industrialized production.The main features of industrialized production for edible fungus,its current situation in China and abroad,and some issues and measures are introduced and discussed.Finally,the potential and prospective development of industrialized production for edible fungus are analyzed. |
