镉氮交互作用对苋菜生长及其营养品质的影响

摘    要:目的]研究施氮和镉污染的互作对蔬菜生长及品质的影响。方法]盆栽试验中,以潮土为供试土壤,苋菜为供试蔬菜,设4种水平镉处理(0、0.5、1.0、1.5mg,/kg)和4种水平氮处理(0、0.2、0.4、0.6g/kg),完全正交设计,研究了镉氮交互作用对苋菜生长及其营养品质的影响。结果]低浓度镉(0.5mg/kg)与氮(0.2g/kg)能极显著促进苋菜生长。在镉污染条件下,施氮较不施氮处理能极显著促进苋菜生长;镉污染能极显著增加苋菜Vc和可溶性糖的含量,抑制可溶性蛋白的合成;镉污染下施氮则极显著抑制了Vc、可溶性糖的合成,促进叶绿素的合成,显著增加苋菜可溶性蛋白含量。结论]苋菜中镉与硝酸盐的含量与土壤中镉与硝酸盐的含量呈显著正相关.施氮量为0.2g/kg时极显著地抑制了苋菜时镉的吸收。
