山核桃果皮醌的提取分离条件研究

摘    要:目的]确定山核桃果皮醌的最佳提取工艺。方法]以新鲜山核桃果皮为原料,采用不同溶剂萃取其中的总醌,通过单因素试验考察溶剂种类、提取温度、提取时间及料液比等对醌提取率的影响,通过正交试验对醌提取工艺进行优化。结果]单因素试验结果表明,最佳提取溶剂为70%乙醇,最佳提取时间为3 h,最佳提取温度为70℃,最佳料液比为1∶15(g/ml)。正交试验结果表明,山核桃果皮醌的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶15(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间2 h,此条件下,总醌得率达0.84%。结论]该研究优化了山核桃果皮醌的提取工艺。
