| 摘 要： | 通过分析残膜捡拾机中固定凸轮机构的运动和受力情况,推导出了固定凸轮机构的效率公式。综合考虑各方面因素,建立了以效率最高和接触应力最小为目标的优化设计数学模型,并运用MATLAB软件对残膜回收机的捡拾机构进行了优化设计。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the motion and force conditions of fixed cam mechanism of plastic film residue collector,the efficiency formula of fixing cam mechanism was deduced.Comprehensively consideed each factor,the optimal mathematical model with the highest efficiency and the smallest contact stress was established,and the optimum design on the pickup mechanism of plastic film residue collector was conducted with MATLAB software. |
