摘    要:目的]为高抗霜霉病黄瓜品系的选育奠定基础。方法]以自交系S94和S06及其构建的224个F6重组群体为材料,研究黄瓜苗期人工接种病情指数和成株期田间自然发病病情指数的相关性。结果]苗期出现病斑较多的家系,成株期感病情况更为严重。通过抗性鉴定,获得17份抗病家系和16份感病家系。春、秋季苗期人工接种的病情指数与成株期自然发病的病情指数均达到极显著水平,呈正相关。因此,可利用苗期人工喷雾接种的辅助手段对黄瓜群体进行快速鉴定,评价其霜霉病抗性,筛选出优良的抗性资源,从而缩短育种周期。结论]适宜条件下,利用苗期人工接种可快速鉴定出黄瓜群体中抗霜霉病的材料。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to lay the foundation for the breeding of cucumber lines with high resistance to downy mildew.Method] With inbred lines S94 and S06 and their constructed recombinant population as tested materials,the correlation between artificial inoculation disease index of cucumber in seedling stage and natural disease index in field in adult plant stage was studied.Result] The lines that had more disease spot in seedling stage could infect disease more seriously in adult plant stage.Through the resistance identification,17 resistant lines and 16 susceptible lines were obtained.Both the artificial inoculation disease index in seedling stage in spring and summer and the natural disease index in adult stage reached the extremely significant level and they showed a positive correlation.The cucumber populations could be quickly identified by using the assistant means of artificial spraying inoculation in seedling stage.Their resistance to downy mildew was evaluated and excellent resistant resources were screened out so as to shorten the breeding period.Conclusion] Under suitable conditions,the resistant materials to downy mildew in cumber population could be quickly identified by using artificial inoculation in seedling stage.
