| 摘 要： | 3S技术的发展为自然灾害的监控、管理、分析、决策提供了新的方法和手段,极大地减少了自然灾害带来的国民经济损失。首先对3S技术的概念进行描述,然后在3S技术支持下提出一个自然灾害监控和预防系统设计模型,并实现了部分功能,最后对该模型进行评价分析。

| Abstract: | The development of 3S technology provides a new means and methods for natural disaster monitoring、 management,analysis and decision-making,the losses of economic caused by natural disasters were greatly reduced.In this paper the concept of the "3S" technologies was described,and then, a model of natural disasters monitoring and prevention system design were provided under the "3S" technologies auspices.Finally,an evaluation and analysis of the model were put forward. |
