摘    要:目的]探索中药中微量锗测定的最佳条件,并且测定其含量。方法]通过对吸收波长、显色剂用量、显色时间、缓冲液用量、增溶剂用量、酸用量进行精确测量,并在最佳试条件下对柴胡、百合、紫草、何首乌、金银花、鱼腥草和半夏7种中药中微量元素锗含量进行测定。结果]最佳试验条件为显色剂(浓度0.03%苯基荧光酮乙醇溶液)1.5ml,缓冲液(浓度1.0%溴化十六烷基三甲基铵水溶液)2.5ml,1∶3硫酸1.5ml,增溶剂(浓度5.0%十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液)2.5ml,显色15min,λmax510nm,回收率为98.8%。结论]该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、精密度好,且有很好的重现性,回收率93%~107%,能满足日常分析检测的需要。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the optimum condition of the determination of Ge in Chinese traditional medicines and to determine the content of Ge. Method] The absorption wave length,coloration time and dose of chromogenic agent,buffer solution,solubilizing agent and acid consumption were determined accurately. And the contents of microelement in the Bupleurum falcatuml,Lilium brownii,Lithospermum officinalel,Polygonum multiflorum Thunb,Lonicera japonica,Pinellia ternate Breit and Herba houttuyniae under optimum condition were determined. Result] The optimum condition was as follows: 0.03% phenylfluorone 1.5 ml,1.0% CTMAB 2.5 ml,5.0% SDBS 2.5 ml,1∶3 sulphuric acid 1.5 ml,the time of reaction 15 min,λmax 510 nm. The coefficient of recovery was 98.8%. Conclusion] The method was simple,high-speed,accurate,which had high sensitiveness and good reappearance. The coefficient of recovery was 93 % to 107%. The method could meet the demand of the daily analysis.
