资木瓜多糖中蛋白质含量的测定

目的]研究快速、简单、准确地检测资木瓜多糖中蛋白质含量,为资木瓜多糖的纯化和药理活性的研究提供参考。方法]水提醇沉提取资木瓜多糖,Sevag法去蛋白,考马斯亮蓝法测定蛋白质含量,并分别进行稳定性、精密度、重现性和回收率测定。结果]蛋白含量测定结果表明,资木瓜多糖中游离蛋白和结合蛋白的含量分别为3.82%和3.47%,稳定性、精密度和重现性测定RSD分别为1.55%、0.66%、2.89%,回收率为100.44%,RSD为2.20%。结论]该法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,是测定资木瓜多糖中蛋白质含量的有效方法。
