冬季A~2O-MBR工艺启动及稳定运行研究

摘    要:目的]探讨冬季低温条件下,A2O-MBR工艺的启动及运行稳定后脱氮除磷的效果。方法]采用自主设计的A2O-MBR组合工艺反应装置,在冬季低温条件下处理模拟生活污水,对该系统启动及运行稳定后脱氮除磷的效果进行研究。结果]在水温为5~13℃,HRT为13 h,回流比为1.5∶1.0~2.0∶1.0,好氧区DO为1.59~3.71 mg/L的条件下,系统运行至第41天,MLSS和MLVSS分别可达6.34和5.08 g/L。试验期间,出水平均COD为13.71 mg/L。出水氨氮、TN平均浓度分别在系统运行第9天、第24天达到2.87和10.99mg/L,以上指标均满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中排放标准的一级A类标准。但系统对TP去除效果不佳,出水TP浓度稳定在0.83 mg/L左右,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级B类标准,尚需后续化学辅助除磷。结论]该研究为A2O-MBR水处理工艺在低温环境下的启动和运行提供理论参考。

A Study on Start-up and Operation of A2O-MBR Process in Winter

Abstract: Objective] The study aimed to discuss the start-up and operation of A20-MBR process in winter. Method ] Self-designed A2O- MBR process was used to treat simulated domestic sewage in winter, and its start-up and effects on nitrogen and phosphorus removal were ana- lyzed. Result ] Under the conditions of water temperature 5 - 13 ℃, HRT 13 h, reflux ratio 1.5:1.0 -2.0: 1.0, and DO concentration 1.59 - 3.71 mg/L in the aerobic zone, MLSS and MLVSS could reach 6.34 and 5.08 g/L respectively on the 41th day after the process operated. The average COD of the effluent was 13.71 mg/L during the experimental period. The average concentration of ammonia nitrogen and TN in the efflu- ent reached 2.87 mg/L on the 9th day and 10.99 mg/L on the 24th day separately, which could meet the first-class A standard of Discharge Stand- ard of Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918-2002). However, the the removal effect on TP was not good enough, and the minimum concentration of TP in the effluent was 0.81 mg/L, which could meet the first-class B standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918-2002). The TP phosphorus needs to be removed by chemical treatment. Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the start-up and operation of A2O-MBR process in winter.
