跟踪及混丝柜掺配对批内烟气指标稳定性的影响

目的]分析比较不同混配方式对批内烟气指标均匀性的影响。方法]采用2种混配模式生产加工卷烟,模式1为跟踪掺配后直接进行加香然后进储丝柜;模式2为掺配后进混丝柜,整批进完后再加香进储丝柜。对2种模式下主流烟气指标、烟丝常规化学成分进行分析。结果]试验表明,不同混配模式对卷烟主流烟气指标、烟丝常规成分无显著影响;不同混配模式对烟丝混合均匀度、主流烟气指标的稳定性有影响,模式2均优于模式1。结论]在实际生产控制过程中,可以通过提高烟丝混合的均匀性来提升批内主流烟气指标的稳定性。

Effects of Tracking and Mixture on Stability of Tobacco Index

Objective ] To analyze and compare effects of different mixed modes on smoke index homogeneity. Method ] Two mixture modes were adopted to produce tobacco, mode 1 is adding flavor after mixture, then put in tobacco storage cupboard; mode 2 is put in tobacco mixture cupboard after mixture, then adding flavor, finally put in tobacco storage cupboard. The mainstream tobacco index and conventional composition were analyzed. Result] The experiment showed that, different mixture modes have no significant effects on tobacco mainstream smoke index and conventional tobacco composition ; different mixture modes have effects on tobacco mixture homogeneity and stability of mainstream snloke index, mode 2 is superior to mode 1. Conclusion ] In actual production control process, advancing tobacco mixture homogeneity could promote the sta- bility of mainstream smoke index.
