| Abstract: | The gene-transformation of medical plant was mediated by agrobacterium tumefaciems and agrobacterium rhizogenes.In this report the transformed method of agrobacterium,the appraisal after transformation,the element affecting the induction of transformation and acquirement of secondary metabolites and plant regeneration were reviewed. |
