摘    要:目的]研究壳聚糖在常温和低温条件下对无花果的保鲜效应。方法]配制不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液对无花果进行涂膜,在常温(28℃)和低温(3℃)条件下,定期测定其主要生理生化指标变化。结果]结果表明:低温条件下,浓度1.5%的壳聚糖溶液保鲜效果最好,有效地延长了无花果保质期。结论]无花果保鲜是一项高难度的工作,需要进一步的长期研究。

Study on Freshening Effect of Chitosan Film Coating on Figs
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the freshening effect of chitosan film coating on figs at room and low temperature.Method] Different concentrations of chitosan were used on figs at room temperature(28 ℃) and low temperature(3 ℃),and the main physiological and biochemical indices were detected during preservation.Result]The results showed that the optimum film was concentration 1.5% chitosan,treated at 3 ℃,and the quality of the figs was retained effectively.Conclusion]The preservation of figs was a hard work,and it needed longitudinal study.
