大中型沼气工程工艺流程·发酵原料及其产物测试分析

摘    要:对上海市崇明前卫村大中型沼气工程工艺过程进行了分析,并对其运行过程中沼气发酵原料及其产物特性进行了测试与分析。结果表明,养殖场排放的禽畜粪污经过沼气发酵后,所产沼气的主要成分中,甲烷为63.7%,二氧化碳为20%,硫化氢为0.04%,氧气为2%,沼气成分在正常运行范围内,沼气工程处于正常稳定运行中;经沼气发酵后,沼液、沼渣中容易为作物吸收的速效养分有较大的提高,是高效的有机肥料。沼液及沼渣中速效P占全P含量的比重分别比发酵原料提高了30%和20%;沼液中速效K占全K含量的比重则高达99.4%,较原料速效K比重增加了20%;沼渣中速效K占全K的比重为76.2%,与原料中速效K占全K的比重没有太大差异。

Abstract:Biogas system has become a preferred method of dealing with the poultry excrement sewage because it can integrate biogas technique,farming technique and cultivation technique.The large and middle scale biogas system of Qianwei village of Chongming in Shanghai was investigated.The technological process of the system was analysed.And the characteristics of raw materials of biogas fermentation and its by-product were tested and analysed.The results showed that content of CH4,CO2,H2S and O2 of the biogas were: 63.7 %,20 %,0.04 % and 2 %,respectively,which was within the range of normal running.In addition,the available nutrient in fermented liquid and sludge that can be easily absorbed by crops was enhanced through the biogas fermentation.Compared with the raw material,the proportions of the available P in the total P in fermented liquid and fermented sludge were increased by 30 % and 20 % respectively.The rate of available K in total K in fermented liquid was 99.4 % which was increased by 20 % compared with the raw material.The rate of available K in total K in fermented sludge was 76.2 % which was not difference with the raw material.
