青海湖区牦牛体内微量元素的因子分析

摘    要:目的]探索青海湖区牦牛内脏中微量元素的差别。方法]采用因子分析法,对青海湖区牦牛内脏中微量元素的含量进行了综合评价。结果]青海湖区牦牛内脏中Mg、Cu和Se含量显著相关,Mn含量与Fe含量显著相关。牦牛肾脏中微量元素的含量最高,其次为肝脏、心脏、肌肉、肺、脾脏。肾脏、肝脏、心脏中微量元素含量高于内脏微量元素含量的平均值,而肌肉、肺、脾脏中微量元素的含量低于平均值。运用因子分析法,提取了3个主因子。Mg、Cu和Se是影响第1主因子的最重要元素,与第1主因子有强相关性。Fe和Mn是影响第2主因子的最重要元素,而Ca是影响第3主因子的最重要元素。结论]多食肾脏、肝脏、心脏等牦牛内脏可为人体补充多种微量元素。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the differences of trace elements in the viscera of yak in Qinghai Lake area.Method] By using factor analysis method,the contents of trace elements in viscera of yak in Qinghai Lake area were comprehensively evaluated.Result] The contents of Mg,Cu and Se in the viscera of yak in Qinghai Lake area were significantly related,while Mn content and Fe content were significantly related.The contents of trace elements in kidney of yak were highest,followed by liver,heart,muscle,lung and spleen.The contents of trace elements in kidney,liver,heart and so on were higher than the mean of trace elements in viscera and that in muscle,lung and spleen were lower than the mean.Three main factors were extracted by using factor analysis method.Mn,Cu and Se were the most important elements that affected the first main factor and they had strong correlation with the 1st main factor.Fe and Mn were the most important elements that affected the second main factor and Ca was the most important element that affected the third main factor.Conclusion] Eating more viscera of yak such as kidney,liver and heart could supply multiple trace elements for human body.
