超声波辅助法提取桃仁油的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声波辅助萃取法提取桃仁油,通过单因素及正交试验研究超声波处理时间、超声波功率、料液比、静置提取时间对提油率的影响。结果表明,所考察因素对提油率的影响依次为:超声波功率〉超声波处理时间〉料液比〉静置提取时间;桃仁油的最佳提取工艺为:超声波功率200W,超声波处理时间35min,料液比1∶6,静置提取时间1.0h,该条件下提油率达48.3%。

Abstract:The peach seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method,and the effects of ultrasonic treatment time,ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on oil extraction rate were studied through single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the effects of the investigated factors on oil extraction rate in order was ultrasonic power>ultrasonic treatment time>solid-liquid ratio>extraction time.
