| 摘 要： | 从技术原理和方法进展着手 ,综述了植物转基因的不同方法。植物基因转化方法主要包括载体介导的转化和直接基因转移 ,着重阐述了植物转基因方法的机制以及各种方法的适用范围、应用实例和进展 ;比较了相互的优缺点。相比之下 ,农杆菌介导方法具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | In the thesis,the different measures of plant gene transformation were summarized according to the technology principle and method development ,especially in expatiating the mechanism and applicable range of the methods,providing some examples in application and development,and its advantage and disadvantage.The methods of gene transformation mainly included Carrier-Mediated transformation and direct gene transfer,Agrobacterium-Mediated transformation method had more advantages than the other ones. |
