| 摘 要： | 对大弹涂鱼肠道菌群数量和种类组成进行了分析.从其肠道中分离出102株细菌,它们分别属于哈夫尼亚菌属(Hafnia)、发光杆菌属(Photobacterium)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、致病杆菌属(Xenorbabdus)、柠檬酸菌属(Citrobater)、假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonas)、拉恩氏菌属(Rahnella)、弧菌属(Vibrio)、葡萄球菌属(Staphyolcoccus)和链球菌属(Strooptococus);其中哈夫尼亚菌属、发光杆菌属、气单胞菌属和芽孢杆菌属为优势菌群.

| Abstract: | The group of intestinal microflora of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris was studied in the paper.102 strains of bacteria were isolated.There exist Hafnia,Photobacterium,Aeromonas,Bacillus,Xenorbabdus,Citrobater,Pseudomonas,Rahnella,Vibrio,Staphyolcoccus,and Strooptococus among which,Hafnia,Photobacterium,Aeromonas and Bacillus were predominant genus. |
