摘    要:目的]研究低温环境下纤维素降解细菌的分离与鉴定。方法]采用低温培养的方法从秸秆堆肥中筛选出3株分解纤维素的细菌,通过PCR克隆这3株菌的16SrDNA并与相似菌株做比对,进一步构建分子进化树,来研究其分类情况。结果]综合其个体形态、菌落形态、生理生化特征、16SrDNA发育树构建结果等分类依据,鉴定3株菌均为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。结论]WH3为Pseudomonasputida,WH1和WH12还需进一步鉴定。
